The complex nature of the chandelier’s due to their size and technical requirements meant Dernier & Hamlyn’s unrivaled expertise was the natural choice to produce and install the stunning light artistry. Comprising of six eye catching blackened steel oval chandeliers, some 7m long, the feature lighting’s simple lines are not only a discreet hiding place for the emergency lighting that has been fitted to the light fittings’ cross section bars, but they are also housing 500 120mm LED globe lamps made to meet requirements from the restaurant’s designers Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
The light source specification required custom designed LED lamps from Dernier & Hamlyn so as they were in keeping with the visual appearance, exacting colour requirements and quality levels necessitated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio for such an exquisite space. The final lighting not only delivers on the optical vision of the renowned Interior Designers but also achieves the longevity and energy saving needs of the project.
